The ability or feat would need to specifically say you don't provoke when attempting the maneuver in question to work.As noted, you are provoking in this situation, the provokation just cannot be taken advantage of.Its not a feat or an ability thats causing you not provoke but a condition/circumstance, so no it shouldn't trigger.No. Dirty Fighting and Reach.
