It just really adds a nice touch.I have always loved key lime pie and it is tempting to buy one of those store bought pies. I use a square glass baking dish rubbed with a generous coating of butter. Drain the potatoes in a colander and then return to the saucepan. The smaller size sure would be cute!The possibilities are endless and key lime pie works for any occasion.
