Awesome $$$ $ • American • Stratton. Fire Tower Restaurant & Tavern. The prices were moderate and the menu can easily accomodate 3-4 visits without getting bored. Cooked perfectly and not heavy. We've even stayed away from the entrees and focused on the apps. The menu changes every season so there is always something interesting to try. Menu variety is excellent. Not-to-be-missed!

Nice atmosphere. It is however “resort” priced. The Fire Tower Restaurant at Stratton Mountain has reopened for the summer. In the past two years, I have dined in Hawaii, Oregon, Las Vegas, NYC and Boston and the best steaks have been in Vermont. We were party of 10 and everyone enjoyed their meal.
