Upon completion of sea tours, FTS QMs will be assigned to reserve centers across the country including the heartland. This involves developing a viable concept and budget, then presenting it to a panel of judges.
While assigned to reserve centers, FTS QMs will train and administer Selected Reserve Personnel. All of our trainers are mariners and highly experienced in the practical use of leadership and management, having pushed themselves to their personal limits at sea.
