While there are numerous skimpy mod lists out there for Skyrim and even a few non-skimpy mod lists, I haven’t found any good lists yet addressing my particular need for lore-friendly, non-skimpy, but still sexy mods for females.
Why is every mod for female! Better Male Presets doesn’t add new textures or models into Skyrim. The first mod is Natural Eyes, and replaces all eye textures in Skyrim to be more realistic and better looking. There’s even new meshes, which have a lot more polygons (higher resolution). But I only use these sets when I'm playing the relevant class.
